Just a reminder to you all to get your blood pressure checked at least annually. In our research of over 500 executives we have found that over 40% have hypertension and very few are aware of it. High blood pressure puts you at an elevated risk of a stroke and heart attack. High blood pressure can be easily treated and usually can be prevented with a low fat diet, eating high Omega 3 fatty acid foods, and getting regular cardiovascular exercise.
