A recent Thailand study took 56 healthy adults and showed that including an egg/day actually improved their lipid profile! This study showed that (healthy) HDL cholesterol actually increased with consuming an egg per day.
The authors concluded that an egg a day can be beneficial for the cholesterol profile in healthy adults. At TIGNUM, this was great news because we also believe an egg, especially the yolk provides great nutrition for the brain. So, being a Sustainable High Performer, try to think of ways to include eggs! It doesn’t have to be for breakfast only! Hard boiled eggs as a snack, egg salad or egg crumbles on a salad for lunch and even an egg vegetable frittata for dinner can be a great way to incorporate the versatile egg!!
